CLASS POLICIES

Clear expectations support successful completion.

Please review these requirements before registering for a School of Women course.

Confirm your required course

Participants are responsible for confirming the course title and required instructional hours with the court, attorney, probation officer, employer, school, or other referring organization. Registration does not guarantee third-party acceptance.

Payment

The registration deposit is applied to the course total. Scheduled payments must be received before the applicable session. Certificates are issued only after all attendance, assignment, and payment requirements are met.

Refunds and cancellations

All registration deposits and course payments are nonrefundable if a participant cancels or does not attend. If School of Women cancels a course and cannot reschedule it, payments made for that course will be refunded. This policy does not limit any refund rights required by law.

Attendance and rescheduling

Participants must attend the required instructional hours and complete assigned work. Missed sessions must be rescheduled based on availability. A $25 rescheduling fee may apply when proper notice is not provided.

Course access

Virtual participants receive Microsoft Teams access after registration is confirmed. In-person participants receive the confirmed location and arrival instructions before class.
